"Words once spoken cannot be taken back, similarly actions once done cannot be undone."
We have heard this saying quite a number of times in our life but do we really learn from it. Knowing this line does not stop us from hurting someone verbally or physically. But why do we commit such a mistake in spite of knowing that what we are doing is wrong. We cannot stop ourselves because our mind is a man of his own words, it refuses to listen to anybody when it decides to react in a particular manner. But at the same time we cannot really blame the mind, because then emotions take over logic. Why did I do it? Why do I do it everytime things do not react the way I want them to react? These are the questions that block our mind everytime we do something wrong. Everytime I cannot find the reason behind something wrong I get impatient. But have we ever tried to find out why do things refuse to be what we expect them to be? Is it our fault or the situation's fault? Whom do we blame? I know I say or do many things which hurt my near and dear ones, but when I do it I do not realise that what I am doing is wrong, then why do we call it a mistake? There are lots of things in life which remains unanswered, but when these questions fill up major portion of one's brain, the brain refuses to stay calm and results in a situation called 'confusion of mind'.
